Transaction Records

When you visit our offices or agent’s offices and instruct us to send a money remittance, we make a record of that transaction and send the necessary instructions to our affiliate, agent, or partner who will handle the delivery in the recipient’s country. We maintain those records as long as the statutory period in which claims could be made in the event of a dispute. We may use some of this transaction history to create a customer profile that will allow us to serve you more efficiently and to offer you relevant products and services. You may decline to have your transaction history profiled for marketing and customer service purposes.

Currency Exchange

All international transactions will be paid in local currency. In addition to the transfer fee applicable to the transaction, a currency exchange rate will be applied (except for transfers accomplished totally in U.S. dollars) The currency tendered will be converted at exchange rates set by Banrural Corp or its agents. Any difference between the rate given to the customers and the rate received by Banrural Corp or its agents will be kept by Banrural Corp or its agents in addition to the transfer fees.

Service Fees

In consideration for the use of the Service,  you agree to pay applicable fees for each transaction that you initiate (the "Service Fees"). These fees are shown to you prior to your acceptance of the authorization. Banrural Corp currently only accepts payment in U.S. Dollars

Funds Availability

Funds will be made available to Recipient as soon as possible, subject to possible delays associated with the verification procedures outlined above, currency availability, and the conditions, laws, and regulations applicable in the Destination Country. The availability of funds may be affected by events beyond our control, such as civil disturbances, weather conditions, delays caused by failures in telecommunications and technological processes, distance from delivery centers to the address and location of Recipient, etc.

Information of Minors and Children

From our website, we do not knowingly target, collect or use personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not use this site. If user is under 18, they should get permission from a parent before using our services or site.
